Shipping & returns

How your Underground Arena gear reaches you, and what to do if it is not right.

Shipping

Where we deliver. Anywhere in Egypt, to the address you enter at checkout.
Cost. Every order pays a flat EGP 100 standard shipping fee, added to the total at checkout.
Processing. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Items printed with a player name or code can take up to 3 more business days.
Delivery time. Cairo and Giza usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days; Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal cities in 3 to 4; the rest of Egypt in 4 to 5. Fridays and public holidays are not business days.
Payment. Orders paid by bank or wallet transfer are prepared once the receipt uploaded at checkout is confirmed, normally the same business day.
Tracking. The courier calls the phone number on the order before delivery. Keep it reachable; after two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and the shipping fee is charged again for a new attempt.

14 days. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Condition. Unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. Items that arrive damaged or wrong are always taken back, with the return shipping on us.
Not returnable. Items printed with a player name or code, unless they arrived damaged or with the wrong print.
Exchanges. Size exchanges are free of charge once per order while the size is in stock; the courier collects the item and delivers the new one together.
Refunds. Refunds go back the way you paid within 7 business days of receiving the item back; for cash and transfer payments we refund by wallet or bank transfer to the account you give us. The original shipping fee is not refunded unless the return is our mistake.
How to start. Reply to your order confirmation or contact us on the store support number with your order number and a photo of the item, and we arrange the pickup.

These terms apply to orders placed on the Underground Arena shop and may be updated; the version shown at the time of your order applies.
